Are you Certified?
Yes! We are certified by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) and we recommend that you ask about certification of any provider of similar services. Additionally, we have a Google Guarantee for our services. These certifications are important to us as we hope they give you confidence that we operate on core tenants of honesty and transparency. We’re also fully insured, so you’re protected from the moment we walk in the door.
Are you Locally Owned and Operated?
We are a locally owned small business but we offer our services to the across a much wider area. While we’re based out of Tullahoma, we have provided services in Tullahoma, Manchester, Winchester, Cowan, Decherd, Fayetteville, Shelbyville, Lynchburg, Estill Springs, and Sewanee, TN. While most of our customers reside in Coffee County, Franklin County, Moore County, Lincoln County, and Bedford County, we are happy to provide our services in Middle Tennessee including Rutherford County, Cannon County, Warren County, Grundy County and any of the nearby region. If in doubt, don’t hesitate to call and ask!
What health risks does Mold Exposure present?
There are many serious health risks for short and long term exposure to mold. Here’s a few:

Why aren’t prices listed?
Inspections are usually free (if you need a giant skyscraper inspected, we might need to talk). Without knowing how bad what we’re dealing with and the size of the space, it’s hard to provide estimates. Sometimes, there’s sincerely nothing going on that needs addressed. If you take your car to a mechanic but don’t know the issue, they can’t quote a repair. It’s somewhat similar here, but we always provide photos and are willing to discuss to the level of your interest and comfort. We never use high pressure tactics or “sales moves” and we’ll always provide picture and explanations before we begin.
