Additionally, we have a Google Guarantee for our services. These certifications are important to us as we hope they give you confidence that we operate on core tenants of honesty and transparency. We’re also fully insured, so you’re protected from the moment we walk in the door.

We are a locally owned small business but we offer our services to the across a much wider area. While we’re based out of Tullahoma, we have provided services in Tullahoma, Manchester, Winchester, Cowan, Decherd, Fayetteville, Shelbyville, Lynchburg, Estill Springs, and Sewanee, TN. While most of our customers reside in Coffee County, Franklin County, Moore County, Lincoln County, and Bedford County, we are happy to provide our services in Middle Tennessee including Rutherford County, Cannon County, Warren County, Grundy County and any of the nearby region. What health risks does Mold Exposure present?
Mold affects people differently, and some folks don’t notice it at all. When it does bother someone, CDC says it can cause a stuffy nose, sore throat, coughing or wheezing, burning or itchy eyes, or skin irritation.
People with asthma or mold allergies can have stronger reactions. People with weakened immune systems or chronic lung disease can sometimes get lung infections from mold. If that’s you or someone in your house, it’s worth being extra careful about moisture and cleanup.
Since symptoms like these have lots of possible causes (hello, Tennessee pollen season), they can’t tell you by themselves whether mold is the problem. If you’re having symptoms that worry you, talk with your doctor.
Here’s the good news. There’s always some mold around, and EPA says it’s not possible to get rid of all of it indoors. What you can do is control moisture, because mold needs moisture to grow. Fix the leak, dry the damp spot, keep humidity down, and clean up any mold you find. The color doesn’t change the plan: CDC says all molds should be treated the same, with removal and moisture control.

Why aren’t prices listed?
Inspections are usually free (if you need a giant skyscraper inspected, we might need to talk). Without knowing how bad what we’re dealing with and the size of the space, it’s hard to provide estimates. Sometimes, there’s sincerely nothing going on that needs addressed. If you take your car to a mechanic but don’t know the issue, they can’t quote a repair. It’s somewhat similar here, but we always provide photos and are willing to discuss to the level of your interest and comfort. We never use high pressure tactics or “sales moves” and we’ll always provide picture and explanations before we begin.
